so if you don't have an itch you'd probably save a lot more just waiting for another sale. Also a number of these titles have been out for years and during the course of the year there are many sales not just on HumbleBundle, GOG, Steam but also on Paradox's own store where I think you'd eventually find a much bigger discounts. Downside there isn't that much DLC/add ons, but mainly some variants of different titles.
